Delivery methods, Do you ship overseas?
We want to spread the joy no matter where you are! Our official store is currently shipping domestically.
However, if you have an Amazon account, please check to see if the product you want is shipping internationally from our Amazon store!

Where is my package?
We totally understand your frustration when you can't find your package. Please check your email or communications tool (depending on how you completed your purchase) to see if a tracking number was provided.
Once we prepare your shipment, it usually takes 24-48 hours for the system to update your tracking number.
If you do find a tracking number, please check the carrier tracking website for the latest status! What if it has been delivered but still can’t be found? Look around to see if packages are being delivered to apartment offices, storage lockers, neighbor's doorsteps, etc.
If you've done all the above and still can't get your package back, please send an email to (help@toys28c.com) with your order number and our friendly Toys28C will be happy to help!
How fast is free shipping?
We offer free shipping on qualifying orders, and your order should arrive within 4-6 business days.
What is the status of my order?
